How will my order be processed?

Once we receive your order, we will ask you to provide a copy of your current CV or to complete our CV Builder Form. On receipt of this, we will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment for a telephone or chat-based consultation.
How does the CV-writing process work?

Careers360 uses the expert knowledge of our CV writers, combined with feedback from CV-scanning software called applicant tracking systems (ATS). ATS filters applicants based on keywords and formatting, and Careers360 analyses your CV using similar technology. Our expert writers break down this analysis to figure out how to make your CV more effective.
Are your writers experienced in different fields?

Careers360 leverages its wide network and vast multi-industry experience to professionally review CVs across sectors.
Can I have amendments?

Yes. As long as you are applying for the same job, amendments to your CV are FREE for a period of 1 week following completion. If there is anything extra you would like to add or change, you will be required to pay 50% of the pricing plan selected.

We are an emerging market leader, hence the sheer volume we deal with keeps our prices among the very lowest. This in no way compromises the quality of our work.
Do you guarantee results?

No trustworthy CV writer should guarantee interviews or job placement, but we can assure you that we will provide you with well-written documents that adhere to industry standards.
