  • 2. How are the Entry-Level Industry Mentorship Programs developed?
    Careers360 partners with a whole range of industry insiders to understanding what skills and techniques are needed to break into a sector amid fierce competition. We then use our innovative platform to host a mentor-mentee live sessions to share skillset required to achieve competencies sought after by employers.
  • 3. What industry can I complete an Entry-level Mentorship?
    Our focal sectors include accounting and finance, data science, engineering, global development, human resources, media and marketing, public health and technology.
  • 4. Who is a Careers360 Mentor?
    A Careers360 mentor is a mid-level career professional that fresh graduates (mentees) can turn to for advice, guidance and as a resource for job search efforts. Our mentors are also there to motivate, serve as a role model, share resources, encourage their mentee and keep their mentee's best interests in mind.
  • 5. How long does the mentorship last?
    The session duration depends on the complexity of the industry. Typically, each sector has a minimum duration of 2 to 3 live sessions.
  • 6. What do we discuss during a mentorship session?
    As a matter of policy, a mentor ask mentee about their specialty in an industry. Allow them to lead the conversation, or at least provide a good starting point for mentees. Ask a mentee what sector they want to work with and what their goals are. Finally, share deeper insights on breaking into your choice sector and charting a career path.
  • 7. What equipment and resources will a Mentee need?
    A laptop or smartphone, headphones with a microphone, and WiFi with a good connection. Our primary collaboration tool is Google Meet which requires a Gmail account.
  • 8. Will I get a job at the end of the Entry-Level Industry Mentorship Program?
    We can’t promise that you will receive an offer of employment when you complete our Entry-Level Industry Mentorship Programs, but we can promise that you will have a great leg up when it comes to knowing about the industry and insights to break-in.
  • 9. Why is there a fee for this service?
    Our Entry-Level Industry Mentorship Programs are an employability enrichment and job search upskilling program supported by a team of professionals and integrated with multiple technology solutions. The investments we’ve made in our team and programs in turn allow you to have complete confidence in the investment you are making in your future.
